Privacy notice
Contact requests
We process your name, email, company if provided and message to reply to requests and discuss possible projects. We send a copy to the ArKnow team and a confirmation with a summary to your email address, using the email service in the ArKnow-operated QwikQuest backend. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for other enquiries, our legitimate interest in managing correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Required fields are needed to handle the request. Please do not send sensitive data or unnecessary confidential information.
Browsing and analytics
Hosting provider Render may process technical information such as IP address, time and requested resources to serve and protect the site. When configured and only after your consent, Google Analytics collects information about visits. We do not send form fields to Analytics. You can refuse or withdraw consent through cookie preferences without affecting access to the site.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by authorized ArKnow personnel and technical providers needed for hosting, requests and email. Google Analytics is used for statistics when enabled. Providers with infrastructure outside the European Economic Area may involve transfers subject to GDPR safeguards, such as applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Contact the controller for details.
Retention
Requests are kept for the time needed to manage correspondence and resulting activities, subject to legal obligations and the protection of legal rights. You can ask about retention for your particular request. The site remembers your cookie choice for six months. Analytics cookies, if accepted, are configured to expire after a maximum of six months.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing and complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority, www.garanteprivacy.it. Email info@arknow.it to exercise your rights.
